  We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was perfect for us. Homely and stocked with everything we needed. The garden was as pretty as a picture. We have no hesitation in recommedning this cottaage. Right at the heart of Totnes, it was perfectly situated.

  Lovely little house with a cute garden to soak up the sun in. Very spacious and comfortable and everything you need. Ann was very kind and helpful. It is in the best position in Totnes; central, yet hidden away down a quiet street. Highly recommend it.

  Such a lovely 'home from home' in a quiet position just over the bridge to the bustling, historic town of Totnes, with all its facilities and a great location for exploring South Devon. Ann is the perfect host.

  We went to Totnes for staying a weekend; we was in this house that have all you could to need. The house was clean, and warm. It´s in the town center and near by interest places. Thanks to Ms. Ann

  Thanks for a lovely stay. Our daughter thought was a real novelty to stay in an 'upside down' house. Beautiful views at breakfast and evening meal over River Dart. Recommended accomodation.
